About Us - Who are we?

Why this website? Why DubLi?

We, Geoff & Jane Aslett, are a happily married Australian couple who have been together for many years.

We have owned and operated several successful businesses together, mainly in the retailing, marketing and hospitality industries.

We love living in the sunny State of Queensland, Australia, and like many others we have encountered the usual ups and downs along life's journey.

Retirement from the workforce allows us, now, to pursue some of our long time interests, and we combine our interest in travelling, meeting people and enjoying good fellowship, with our family interests and observing the ever enthralling Australian scenery and flora and fauna.

Travel will continue be an important part of our lives, and of course, keeping well to enjoy the things we like doing is most important to us.

After operating retail businesses for many years we are excited now to be Independent Business Associates (No. 5108063) with DubLi and to have our own DubLi online shopping store where you'll always find a bargain.

DubLi's Online Reverse Auction Site and Shopping Portal is the most exciting business concept we have ever encountered and we invite you to study this site to gain an understanding of the many opportunities offered by DubLi.

We would like you to join us in this exciting global business and suggest you pick up some free credits, register as a customer and try your luck at the Xpress Auction and the Unique Bid Auction.

Keeping up with Technology

Did You Know?

Did You Know? originally started out as a PowerPoint presentation for a faculty meeting in August 2006 at Arapahoe High School in Centennial, Colorado, United States. The presentation "went viral" on the Web in February 2007.

As of June 2007 it had been seen by at least 5 million online viewers. Today the old and new versions have been seen by at least 20 million people, not including the countless others who have seen it at conferences, workshops, training institutes and other venues.

It's very hard for most of us to comprehend (especially for our age group) just where all this technology is heading, so in case you haven't already seen this ....
take a look now.... I found it very enlightening.
